Website Care

Someone who answers when it breaks.

A monthly plan for a site that is already live: edits, updates, backups, and someone who picks up when something goes wrong. Cancel any month, and everything stays in your name either way.

  • Rate $95 a month
  • Typical timeline Starts the week you sign up
  • Scope Fixed, in writing, before work starts

$95 a month, cancel any month. Covers up to an hour of changes. Anything larger is quoted at $95 an hour and approved in writing before it starts.

Good fit

A live site that needs small changes now and then, and an owner who does not want to learn an editor just to change their opening hours.

Better options

A site that needs rebuilding first. Fix the foundation and then a care plan is worth paying for.

What A Care Plan Is

Someone to call. That is the honest description. Your site is live and mostly fine, but hours change, a photo needs swapping, a form stops arriving, and a platform pushes an update that moves something. None of that is a project. All of it still needs doing.

Ninety five dollars a month covers up to an hour of changes, the updates and the backups, and monitoring that tells me the site is down before a customer tells you.

Yours Throughout

The site, the domain, the hosting account, and the source stay registered in your name the entire time. Cancel any month and everything carries on working, because none of it was ever held on my side.

That is the whole reason a care plan is worth buying rather than being locked into. You stay because it is useful, not because leaving is expensive.

When It Is Worth It

If you change something on the site more than once a quarter, or if you would not know where to start when it breaks, this pays for itself in saved afternoons.

If the site itself needs rebuilding, that comes first and I will tell you so. A care plan keeps a good site healthy. It is not a way to prop up a bad one, and I would rather fix the foundation than bill you monthly to stand on it.

Bigger Jobs

Anything past the included hour is quoted before it starts, at ninety five an hour, and you approve it in writing. There is no version of this where a bill arrives that you did not agree to.
