• Down Right Tech. A one page site rebuilt into a real multi page site for a Marion, Iowa technology and antenna business, where every page has a job and a search target.
• Sally's on Broadway. A Springville, Iowa restaurant paying hundreds a month for a site with no itemized menu and a broken phone layout, which is where nearly all of her customers were looking.
• Drift. One system replacing the spread of apps and Google Calendar that Down Right Tech ran their business on. Work orders, quotes, scheduling, and reports in a single place.
• Ascendom. A deterministic autobattler where you draft a party, prep it through a shop and tavern economy, then fight the recorded ghosts of other players’ runs.
• Wrapstar. Bill Lee's auto wrap shop was running entirely on Instagram. Now it has a website that generates and receives enquiries directly.
• Dyfenders. A neon tower defense with colour-tier towers that merge and combine, plus co-op, versus, endless mode and replays.
• LoPW. A password manager for Windows and Android with no server at all. Devices sync straight to each other over the local network.
• BuildForge. A ground-up rebuild of the Path of Building character planner in Rust, keeping the original calculation engine so every number stays in exact parity.
• MTGSell. A storefront platform any trading-card shop can be dropped into, with the whole back office behind it: inventory, orders, point of sale, and automated price syncing.
